  1. Pastor.jpgRev. William L. Pullam was born in Corpus Christi, Texas. He is the third son of Lloyd and Arlena Pullam.
    William accepted Christ as his personal Savior and was baptized at the age of twelve at the Calvary first Baptist Church under the pastorate of the late Dr. Henry Clay Dilworth. He sang in the youth choir, celestial choir and the instruments of Jesus singing group. He attended Sunday School, Baptist Training Union and all church functions. He eventually became a Sunday School teacher himself.
    He attended public schools in Corpus Christi, Texas graduating from Roy Millier High School in 1967. After graduation he attended Del Mar College.
    In July of 1968 he married his high school sweetheart, Vietta L. Francis, who was also an active member of the Calvary First Baptist Church.
    William served in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged.
    After his military service William returned to college and graduated from Texas A& I University at Corpus Christi with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. He has taken advanced course work in the Masters of Business Administration Degree. He was awarded the Masters of Religion Degree from Guadalupe College Seminary of San Antonio was also awarded an Honorary Doctor of Religion Degree from Guadalupe College Seminary of San Antonio, Texas in recognition of the years he served as an instructor for graduate level students at the seminary's extension in Corpus Christi, Texas.
    Professionally, William served as Executive Director for the Hialco-OIC Neighborhood Organization and as Administrator of Parts Accounting for International Business Machines. He stepped down from his positon at IBM to enter into full time pasotral ministry.

    Married to Vietta L. (Francis) Pullam, father of three sons: Rev. Kevin L. Pullam, Rev. Kraig L. Pullam and Mr. Keith L. Pullam and the grandfather of nine.
